It's hard to describe every single service we offer.  Our goal is to provide you with a complete repair solution for your desktop and network.  Laptops are limited to anything not related to hardware failure.  Popular Services include: Spyware removal, virus removal, network card installation, video card installation, windows installation, printer installation (no printer repairs), printer issue resolution, network repairs and resolution, computer setup...

 "Ok, I want to have my computer fixed, where do I take it?"

We come to you and We deliver.  Not only do we deliver your equipment but exceptional services.  We will come to you and if we can not resolve the issue, with your permission we will retrieve the equipment back to our service center for prompt resolution.

 "Where are you guys located?  Does my equipment get shipped off?"

We currently have two service centers.  One is located in Danville, Virginia and the other is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  All of our repair services are performed by local GCANServices certified specialists. 

"What are your rates?"

Our rate is $100 for the first hour and $35 for each additional hour.  A non refundable $35 travel fee has already been included in the first hour.

 "What happens if you the problem can't be fixed"

If the problem cannot be fixed then you are only billed the initial $35 travel fee.

"What happens if I've already paid and the problem comes back"

If the problem reoccurs with-in 30 days from the date on the receipt, we will re-evaluate the problem to attempt a different solution.
